Value Added Resellers


A Value Added Resellers (VAR) adds a feature or service to ISC’s product, then sells them as a combined new offering. This offering includes first line product support, customer management and customer billing. Additional options include but are not limited to customization of User Experiences, course creation and management and infrastructure management. A Value Added Resellers typically sells a customer an ISC on-premise license to use the Software. To support Value Added Resellers ISC provides the following

  • Not For Resale (NFR) Software

  • Second and third level Technical Support for the Customer’s implementation
