recently started working with the IntraLearn Learning Management System (LMS). Clifford
Chance is taking an innovative approach for an international law firm, leveraging

system is available to all Clifford Chance lawyers worldwide. At any time, employees
from around the world can log into the Learning Management System and view course
information. Course registration and approval are arranged online.

Clifford Chance will use the IntraLearn LMS for general courses designed for the
whole company and for regional courses, which are accessible only for certain groups
of personnel. There are classroom and online distance learning courses. Within the
system, each employee can keep his or her own educational profile and personal preferences
up to date.
